Ohhh if one or both of your cats has blood in their urine, take them to the vet ASAP! Google "cystitis." Male cats are more prone to it than females, but I had a girl cat growing up who had it - and once they get it, even when it's taken care of, they're more susceptible to getting it again. But be sure to get them checked out immediately, if you let it go too long they can die :o(

Macadamia's have always tricked me. . . I think I am going to get a big hunk of white chocolate and then I end of with an oddly soft nut. To be honest, I am not really much of a nut person anyway. While Sat can munch and munch and munch on nuts I have a few and then am just done.

And about the casing - Wikipedia to the rescue! "Artificial casings are made of collagen, cellulose, or even plastic. Not all casings are edible."

I'm not sure what the casing is made of... just plastic I think. The cashier at Whole Foods asked the same question but that was before she realized they were vegan :)

I'm not sure if there is an official definition for "passive-use park" but from the sign at the park, I believe it just means there aren't to be any organized sports taking place there.

As for the macadamia... you'll have to bug Colleen into actually responding to your comment to get the real answer!

Colleen, how can you not like macadamia nuts? The classiest of the nuts!

I was going to say lettuce wraps, but I guess someone beat me to it. How about tacos or sandwiches with lettuce as a condiment? Or feed it to some rabbits?

We eat the same veggies week in and week out. Brussel sprouts, green beans, broccoli, bell peppers, carrots and beets. Sometimes we throw in asparagus, spinach (both of which are bad for Stacy's The Gout) swiss chard, tomatoes (when not in a sauce), potatoes (sweet, yam, or regular).

Maaaan, there are sooo many awesome vegetables out there - go get 'em!
