Ok, Colleen has nicely placed the laptop on my… well, lap with this post editor up so I guess that’s my cue to write something :-p

For the most part, things have been slow the last couple days. We finished up finding a gift (well, gifts) for Momma Garcia so that’s one more person off the list. I went in search of a digital picture frame for my grandma yesterday but struck out at both Circuit City and Target where their “most affordable” models were long gone. I guess I’ll just have to find something online for her.

As far as other shopping goes, I still need to get something for my Rooney Secret Santa. I have a few ideas in mind so I just need to get off my butt and get them—heck, I don’t even have to get off my butt, I can do it online now! I suppose I should get something for my sister also, something that isn’t coal, that is.

It was frigid here in our apartment again today. I ended up going down to Ocean Beach this afternoon and found it to be a good time. I wasn’t impressed with the beach itself but it was nice to walk down the “boardwalk” and see people out and about. They had a fun Christmas tree by the beach that had beach balls as ornaments. Surprising enough, it was a lot warmer down there than it was here.

I guess that’s about it for this post. Colleen wants a photo of the tree with all the presents under it (and there are a ton, it seems). That will have to wait for our “8 days ’til Christmas” post. See ya then!
